Basic Purpose: We are seeking dedicated individuals for the crucial role of maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial environments. This entails collaborative work within a team environment, along with a comprehensive understanding of various cleaning products and techniques tailored to specific surfaces and materials. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general commercial cleaning, carpet maintenance, HVAC system sanitation, as well as residential and commercial cleanup.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular driving duties required as we operate at diverse locations daily.
  • Master the operation of specialized equipment such as HVAC cleaning machines and carpet cleaners.
  • Cultivate a professional and harmonious work environment alongside colleagues and supervisors.
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in cleaning services is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license recommended.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
  • Execute assigned tasks with meticulous attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and completion, often with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate physical capability consistent with SERVPRO's cleaning standards, including bending, stooping, and lifting heavy loads.
  • Aptitude for grasping, bending, and stooping; capable of pushing or pulling loads up to 50 lbs.
