Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: 
This position involves application of cleaning solutions and exposure to moderate noise levels when operating restoration equipment. Performing the physical activities of this position require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment. Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently. You also need to be able to work in high places and in confined or tight spaces. You must be capable of working in water and/or fire damage environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
  • Explain restoration processes and answer customer questions
  • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
  • Communicate clear expectations to Restoration Technicians and supervise their activities.
  • Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
  • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
  • Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
  • Manage and control costs of production projects
  • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
Requirements
  • 6+ months experience in the restoration industry
  • Have a valid IICRC WRT certification
  • Must have a professional appearance and great attitude
  • A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft
  • Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally
  • Some night and weekend work are required
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
  • Capable of driving a box truck
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Compensation: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
